PDF Crochet pattern for my exaggerated, batwinged Two Man Gang Sweater. Pattern includes sizes XS/S, M/L and XL/2XL. It features a beautifully draped batwing sleeve, high mock turtleneck and cropped length. This pattern uses slip stitch ribbing, single crochet and moss stitch crochet. While it is not a beginner pattern, if you are somewhat experienced in crocheting I would say it's easy enough for your first sweater, as long as you're comfortable with the required stitches.
This pattern is made with 5mm/H and 6mm/J hooks and uses approximately 1400 meters of worsted yarn for size XS/S. It is a written pattern with step by step instructions, no images for each step. It is in English and uses standard US terminology, with specifics given in both metric and imperial units.
The sweater draws inspiration from one of the first known pictures of me and my mom. It's the early 90s and I'm just a baby, smiling in her arms. She's a first (and only) time mother, rocking a bottle blond pixie cut, vibrant red lipstick and a shimmery mock turtleneck sweater. That sweater is of course long gone, but the strong bond my mom and I share since that time isn't. She has fought for me, encouraged my creativity and not once had lack of faith in my abilities. She is my best friend, and I am hers. Together we're a Two Man Gang, ready to face whatever the world throws at us.
