PDF Crochet pattern for the Back Burner Beanie. Pattern is unisex, one size, and should fit most adults. It's a beautiful, knit-look hat guaranteed to keep you warm. This pattern yarn over slip stitch in the back loop. While it is not a beginner pattern, if you are somewhat experienced in crocheting and comfortable with the stitches used I would say it's a good first bigger project. 
 
This pattern is made with a 6mm hook and uses approximately 180 meters each of worsted and lace weight yarn. It is a written pattern with step by step instructions, no images for each step, and uses yarn over slip stitch in the back loop. It is in English and uses standard US terminology, with specifics given in metric units. 
 
To be quite honest, I designed this pattern over a year ago. It's been my go to for quick gifts for cold friends and family members, but for some reason I never released it. Before the cold months end, I feel like it's time to bring it to the front, from the back burner.
